The kiosks were down at pickup so it took a long time. They were very friendly and quick once you got to the front of the line. Car was perfect, no hard sell on extras, I would go back!

hi, car was good, but i booked for 250 dollars but finally got total 500 euros , lots of unexpected money was calculated so what you got by booking will be twice bigger

They charged me too much for gas. I told them that I would do the prepaid and then it charged me 10.99 a gallon. That was disappointing. But I’m not gonna spend time arguing because my time is not worth $50 to do it.

I was expecting a "Nissan Versa or similar" , but Dollar put me in a manager's choice vehicle ( despite my protests) - a massive pickup truck that got less than 18 miles a gallon, would not fit in many parking garages, or even in some of the surface Lots. This would have been a great vehicle for towing a fifth wheel, or moving all of your friends in a single trip. But for my business trip, it was ridiculous and I won't be repeating.
